![]() Wreckfest does have online multiplayer, though it can be a headache to navigate playing with friends as you each have to scroll through the server screen and find a server that you can jump into together. The things I find myself missing from EOD are split-screen multiplayer, and the variety of event types. There are a large variety of vehicles and tracks and the vehicle controls feel good. The vehicle physics are great and it definitely scratches the itch for a demolition racing game. If you would like to see more games like EOD, support this game. But it's a lot better than the MSPaint-esque paint mode in EoD. Livery/paint customization could be better and more "custom" as you can only pick a handful of options per car when it comes to decals and another handful of options when it come to scheme. As fun as the racing and derby modes are, I would love some party-ish modes/games/races that EoD really had going for it.Ĭustomization is highly improved over EoD (as you would hope after 15 years) a lot of multi-tiered performance mods, along with armor so you can add to you car to make it tougher, which are things missing from EoD. I'm REALLY hoping they add something like those modes as they add onto the game. It's missing some of the more "out there" modes that EoD had, like soccer, red rover, trailer races, stop and go, suicide, capture the flag and chicken battle. Very similar feel when it comes to the racing and derby modes. I played the hell out of some Eve of Destruction back in the day and I really like this game.
